Joining ESOSPORT<\/strong> means bringing a concrete culture of sustainability<\/strong>, circular economy<\/strong>, and end-of-life sports equipment recycling<\/strong> into the company and among employees.<\/p>\n A simple gesture with strong educational and environmental value<\/strong>, reinforcing ESG commitment<\/strong> and a shared sense of responsibility.<\/p>\n Our heartfelt thanks go to Generali Italia<\/strong>, a leader in the Italian insurance market and one of the major global players, which has chosen to introduce ESOSPORT<\/strong> to its employees across its headquarters in Milan, Mogliano Veneto, Rome, Turin, Trieste, Verona, Genoa, and Naples<\/strong>.<\/p>\n This initiative stems from the commitment of the Sustainability ERG (Employee Resource Group)<\/strong>, a group of colleagues who share a common interest in sustainability and aim to promote concrete circular economy initiatives<\/strong>, actively engaging people and turning everyday actions into real positive impact.<\/p>\n Following the positive experience with denim collection, Generali Italia<\/strong> decided to expand the project with ESOSPORT<\/strong>, a partner that combines environmental sustainability<\/strong>, innovation<\/strong>, and social inclusion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \u201cThe project \u2013 the company explains \u2013 demonstrates how sustainability can start from simple, everyday choices. Giving a second life to items that have already been part of personal stories means reducing waste, preserving natural resources, and generating shared value.
