We live in an era where environmental challenges can no longer be postponed. Every daily choice, every gesture, can make a difference. For this reason, as the Sportcity Foundation, we are proud to support a project that combines two values that are fundamental to us: sustainability and sport.

The work carried out by esosport and the ESO RECYCLING “Amato Cannara” plant is a virtuous example of how it is possible to reduce the accumulation of waste in landfills by transforming them into new opportunities. End-of-life sports equipment, protective devices, materials from the fashion world: everything that was once considered waste today becomes a resource. This is how athletic tracks, surfaces for basketball and padel courts, inclusive playgrounds such as “Betty’s Garden,” and even trophies and medals to celebrate sport are created.

“Build Your Path” is not just a slogan: it is a concrete invitation to change perspective, to believe that respect for the environment and innovation can go hand in hand. Sport has the power to inspire and unite people. If we combine this power with the circular economy, we can generate a real and lasting impact.
Our mission, as a Foundation, is to promote a new culture of sport: widespread, accessible, sustainable. And this project is a concrete proof to how one can make a difference.
