From Waste to Resource: Macron and ESO Recycling Together for Sustainability

Respect for the environment, recycling, recovery, and the protection of biodiversity are key pillars of Macron’s daily commitment as it looks toward the future and works for the future. From this perspective comes the partnership with ESO RECYCLING, an innovative and technological company specialized in the treatment and regeneration of sports waste, personal protective equipment (PPE), and waste materials from the fashion industry.
In the company’s vision, waste is a resource to be enhanced—materials that can be recovered and given a new life through a regeneration process. Macron has set the goal of transforming its products that are no longer usable into new and functional ones, reducing environmental impact and promoting sustainability.
Macron’s polyester products, which would otherwise be destined for disposal, are delivered to the ESO RECYCLING “Amato Carrara” plant in Tolentino, in the province of Macerata. Here, through advanced technologies, they are transformed and processed to be reborn as new products. In this specific case, Macron materials will become sound-absorbing panels, finding applications in various sectors—from construction to workplaces—improving acoustic comfort and reducing environmental impact.
