1 – Satisfaction Guarantee: It is possible to return a product at your own expense, unused and still in resalable condition, within 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund. This does not affect rights regarding damaged products and/or products that differ from the order. ESO Società Benefit arl complies with the applicable EU regulations for distance selling via the internet (2011/83/EU, EU Directive 2000/31/EU, EU Directive 97/7/EU, EU Directive 7/1997, Legislative Decree 50/1992 of the Italian Parliament, and EU Directive 577/1985). If the item has not yet been shipped, you will receive the refund within 3 days. Otherwise, you may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending written notice to ESO Società Benefit arl – Via Giuseppe Ungaretti 27, 20090 Opera MI (return shipping costs are borne by the customer). Once the notice and item (still in resalable condition) are received, the refund will be issued within 10 business days via credit card reimbursement.
